New projects for the oil and gas industry in India and Kazakhstan

E & M Combustion, engineering company specialized in the development of Combustion Technologies for the industrial sector, will participate in two new international projects for the upstream oil and gas industry in India and Kazakhstan. In both cases, it will supply industrial burners to operate in Oil Process Bath Heaters Systems (IDBH).

One of the contracts will consist of the supply of four industrial burners to an oil project in Kazakhstan, awarded by the North American firm Sigma Thermal. The burners manufactured by E & M Combustion will be used in indirect oil heating systems by gas (Gas fired Water Bath Heaters). This process will reduce the viscosity of the crude oil and improve its mobility by heating the fluid in the exploration and production phases of the separation units. In this way, the efficiency of the oil and natural gas separation units is optimized.

The equipment of this installation will be delivered in Dubai, for its subsequent implementation in Kazakhstan.

On the other hand, E & M Combustion got recently a contract with SUEZ Water Technologies in Bengaluru, India, to design and manufacture a burner and to deliver spare parts for its implementation in the ASP Mangala field of CAIRN India. Also in this case it is a Gas fired Water Bath Heater, driven to optimize the efficiency of the oil and natural gas separation units.

In the oil and gas sector, E & M Combustion is specialized in the proposal of customised solutions for the Oil Process Bath Heaters (IDBH), Hot Oil Circulation Units (HOU) and Trailers mounted packages for working in ATEX – ZONE 2.
