E&M Combustión drives Energy Efficiency in the Cement Industry

In an effort to improve energy efficiency in the cement industry and reduce emissions, E&M Combustión, a leading engineering company in the development of Industrial Combustion technologies, has launched an innovative burner designed specifically for a vertical cement mill, corresponding to a mining company from southern Poland. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the search for sustainable solutions within the cement sector.

Hot Gas Generators are  compact combustion chambers used in a large number of industrial applications, such as cement manufacturing, mineral drying, wood industry, food industry, chemical industry or drying processes. These units produce gases at different temperatures starting from the combustion of different fuels such as natural gas, diesel, fuel oil, etc. (Extract from the E&M Combustion Technology Conference in Knauf Surabaya).  

Combustion equipment for cement plants in Poland, Montenegro and the USA

E&M Combustión, a company specialized in the development of combustion technologies for the industrial sector, is participating in the installation of four projects for cement plants developed by Loesche in Poland, Montenegro and the United States. The Spanish engineering company will design and manufacture the combustion equipment for cement plants to operate in the hot gas generators aimed at optimize the cement drying process.  

E & M Combustion develops a hydrogen burner for a chemical plant in Portugal

The Spanish engineering company E & M Combustion, specialized in Combustion Technologies for industrial processes, has developed an hydrogen burner - a renewable energy - to operate in an innovative combustion plant of a chemical complex in Portugal. The mixed burner designed by the company operates together with a water-tube steam boiler supplied by Prodinco, which produces 1500 KW, at a working pressure of 25 bar.
