Mobile Steam Generation System with EX Burners in Dubai

E&M Combustion has installed two EX Burners in a Mobile Steam Generation System in Dubai, which will use diesel as fuel. These combustion equipment is mounted on a mobile steam generation system designed to improve the extraction process in oil exploration.

The mobile steam generation system will reduce oil viscosity and improve its mobility by heating the fluid in the exploration and production phases of the separation units.

The equipment supplied by E&M Combustion are EM-70 LO M EX diesel burners, designed to operate in areas with potential explosion risk. These are fully automatic compact burners that work in two stages. In this way, the regulation of the air is carried out by means of a hydraulic system that is activated when the second oil valve is opened.

The innovative design of the EM wheel of the EM burner fan and the protective cover prevents both noise transmission and vibration. These equipments are supplied with the built-in and fully wired electrical control panel, as well as with the assembled nozzle, the diesel that connects the flexible pipes and its oil filter.

Oil and gas sector
