E&M Combustión, a Spanish engineering on industrial combustion, supplies an industrial burner for the fertilizers plant Ain Sokhna Phosphatic Fertilizer, in Egypt, of the company El-Nasr Company for Intermediate Chemicals (NCIC). It is the largest fertilizer complex in North Africa, and will provide a wide range of products to the local and export markets, mainly in Africa and the MENA region.
The fertilizers plant is located in the town of Ain Sokhna, in the Governorate of Suez located on the western coast of the Gulf of Suez, in the Red Sea. It is 55 kilometers south of Suez and approximately 120 kilometers east of Cairo.
El-Nasr Co for Intermediate Chemicals (CNIC) was created in 1972 as a pioneer company specialized in the chemical industry, fertilizers, industrial and medical gases, insecticides and pesticides. The company uses the latest technologies and modern techniques in their respective areas, which allow it to manufacture high quality products, which preserve the environment.
The building of the plant is part of the EPC project led by the industrial facilities and services companies Intecsa Industrial and the local construction company Hassan Allam. In this project, Loesche engineering provides engineering solutions for the design, installation and construction of new industrial plants.
E & M Combustion has designed and manufactured for this project a JBM-HP Burner 2,000 G that will work with natural gas as fuel. It has a power of 200 -200 kW, with a flow of 19-190 Nm3 / hour, and a gas pressure of 100 mbar. The industrial burners JBM-HP are a range prepared to overcome high combustion chamber overpressures, with low NOx emissions and reduced noise level. The start-up and commissioning of the combustion equipment has been carried out by the company Integral Combustion Solutions XXI (Soluciones Integrales de Combustión XXI).
