E&M Combustion has carried out the design and supply of an air vein burner for the paint industry, where it will operate in the process of the company’s production lines.
The equipment installed by E&M Combustión in this warehouse is an air vein burner with a fan, made to measure for this application and adapted to the different ducts of the site where it has been installed. The choice of the burner, which replaces the previous combustion equipment, damaged by a fortuitous incident, is based on its advantages over other types of conventional burners, among which are its high modulation range and its adaptation to work in high temperatures and/or dusty environments. In addition, they eliminate the combustion chamber and provide a very stable flame and easy operation and maintenance.
The equipment is made up of a primary air fan, which allows the turbine to take in the outside air and heat it, thus guaranteeing a uniform temperature inside the installation, as well as a motorized gas valve, gas solenoid valve and the electrical control panel.
