E&M Combustión, a company focused on new combustion technologies, has developed industrial burners for a beverage bottling plant, which bottles juices, soft drinks and other beverages. The combustion facility will be responsible for transforming the fuel into thermal energy that will be used in the plant’s manufacturing processes.

The combustion equipment designed and already installed by E&M Combustión in the beverage bottling plant are two JBM-HP model 10,500 monoblock burners, prepared to overcome high combustion chamber overpressures, which will operate with natural gas as fuel. They have Low NOx combustion heads, designed to reduce emissions of polluting particles without losing energy efficiency.

The burners for the beverage bottling plant incorporate standard control units that allow the use of frequency converters to regulate the fan, and 02 probes, and avoid the installation of connecting ducts between the fan and the burner, which makes the installation of the equipment easier. . It also incorporates silencers to reduce dB that are installed in the air intake of the fan.

The equipment has electronic combustion regulation and a touch screen.

Currently, E&M Combustión is in the calibration phase of the burners on site. In the flameless pre-regulation phase, the minimum and maximum power starting points are configured that allow the mixing flow rates to be established. Meanwhile, in the regulation phase, now with flame, all operating points are tested, as well as the adaptation of the combustion results to the requirements, and it is checked if the installation is correct in terms of length, size and diameter. of the flame.
