The burners, from the JBM-HP 4500 G EX family, will be installed in Monterrey, where they will operate in a heating application for the oil and gas sector.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/emcombustion.es\/en\/quemadores-low-nox-para-operar-en-un-heater-de-la-industria-petrolera-de-mexico\/quemadores-nec-para-el-sector-del-petroleo-y-gas-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"attachment noopener wp-att-29196\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-29196 size-full\" title=\"Low NOx burners to operate in a heater - E&amp;M Combustion\" src=\"https:\/\/emcombustion.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Quemadores-NEC-para-el-sector-del-petroleo-y-gas-2.jpg\" alt=\"\nLow NOx burners to operate in a heater - E&amp;M Combustion\" width=\"432\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/emcombustion.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Quemadores-NEC-para-el-sector-del-petroleo-y-gas-2.jpg 432w, https:\/\/emcombustion.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Quemadores-NEC-para-el-sector-del-petroleo-y-gas-2-169x300.jpg 169w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To this end, the burners have been specifically designed for use in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/emcombustion.es\/en\/industrial-burners-em-combustion\/atex-and-nec-burners\/\">potentially explosive atmospheres, with NEC Class 1<\/a><\/strong>, Division 2 classification, suitable for locations where flammable gases, vapors, and liquids are present.<\/p>\n<p>The developed equipment has passed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) phase, consisting of exhaustive tests carried out at the factory to verify compliance with the client&#8217;s requirements and specifications. This is intended to validate and guarantee the quality and proper operation of the equipment before its installation at the plant, scheduled for the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The modulating burners designed by E&amp;M Combusti\u00f3n for this oil and gas application are low-NOx emission burners that use natural gas as fuel and have 4,500 kW of power. They are capable of modulating flame size electronically based on heat requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The equipment is fully automated, with air regulation via dampers and an electrical panel responsible for control and regulation from the ignition sequence to the rest of the operation, power control, and tightness.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Low NOx burners to operate in a heater<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JBM-HP burners are frequently used in the oil and gas industry. They integrate the motor and fan into a single unit, optimizing space and facilitating installation. They are capable of reaching up to 25 MW of thermal output.
