Five green hydrogen equipment are incorporated into the new Basque list of Clean Technologies<\/a> <\/strong>to promote the sustainable development of the Basque industry, and they do so with a 30% deduction in Corporate Tax.<\/p>\n

\"Hydrogen<\/a><\/figure>\n

The Basque Government has updated and expanded a fiscal instrument that plans to boost the efficiency of production processes through the implementation of equipment with better environmental performance<\/strong> in the Basque production plants. Among the new technologies incorporated are five aimed at promoting the use of green hydrogen<\/strong>, as well as another three for improving waste treatment.<\/p>\n

In this way, companies with tax domicile in the Basque Country can obtain a deduction from the net amount of Corporate Tax of 30% of the amount of the investment made in any of the equipment defined in this List of Clean Technologies.<\/p>\n

The List of Clean Technologies is a fiscal instrument to promote sustainable development and facilitate the application of Basque environmental policy, through technology transfer and implementation of equipment with better environmental performance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The measure understands \u201cclean technology\u201d as any process, product or service that reduces negative environmental impacts through significant improvements in energy efficiency<\/strong>, sustainable use of resources<\/strong> or environmental protection activities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The objective of the new list of clean technologies is to act as a lever to create a new industry, make the territory’s companies more competitive and commit to decarbonization, with an eye toward the goal of climate neutrality by 2050.<\/p>\n

In updating the recent list of Clean Technologies, the Government has selected five green hydrogen technologies for incorporation:\u00a0<\/p>\n
