E&M Combustion has installed two EX Burners in a Mobile Steam Generation System<\/strong> in Dubai<\/a>, which will use diesel as fuel. These combustion equipment is mounted on a mobile steam generation system designed to improve the extraction process in oil exploration.<\/p>\n

Mobile Steam Generation System<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The mobile steam generation system will reduce oil viscosity and improve its mobility by heating the fluid in the exploration and production phases of the separation units.<\/p>\n

The equipment supplied by E&M Combustion are EM-70 LO M EX diesel burners<\/a><\/strong>, designed to operate in areas with potential explosion risk. These are fully automatic compact burners that work in two stages. In this way, the regulation of the air is carried out by means of a hydraulic system that is activated when the second oil valve is opened.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The innovative design of the EM wheel of the EM burner fan and the protective cover prevents both noise transmission and vibration. These equipments are supplied with the built-in and fully wired electrical control panel, as well as with the assembled nozzle, the diesel that connects the flexible pipes and its oil filter.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Oil and gas sector<\/a><\/h3>\n

In the oil and gas sector, E&M Combustion specializes in the proposal of customized solutions for Water Bath Heaters (IDBH)<\/strong>, Hot Crude Circulation Units (HOU)<\/strong> and Trailer Mounted Packages<\/strong> to work in ATEX – ZONE 2 .<\/p>\n

E&M Combustion EX burners are developed through innovative combustion technologies under the ATEX (ATmosphere EXplosive) certification<\/strong> directive. They are designed to operate in potentially explosive atmospheres, so that they record measures to ensure safety and prevent an explosion from occurring. All combustion equipment is made to measure, according to the requirements of each burner.<\/p>\n

On this type of specialized equipment, I\u00f1igo B\u00e9jar, general director of the company, comments: \u201cE&M Combusti\u00f3n is One of the main international engineering design and manufacturing in the burner segment for areas with anti-explosive classification, according to European ATEX or American NEC regulations . These types of burners are practically mandatory in industries such as refineries<\/strong>, petrochemical plants<\/strong> or electricity generation plants<\/strong>. The current demand is concentrated in these ATEX equipment and our company is one of the few companies that offer this type of equipment and certificates \u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
