The technological contributions of E&M Combusti\u00f3n help in the optimization of cement manufacturing at the plant in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with the recent start-up of a Hot Gas Generator<\/strong> at a cement plant in this town. For this project E&MC, engineering specialized in the design and manufacture of combustion equipment and systems for the industry, has designed and built a double chamber hot gas generator<\/strong>, which generates a flow of 23,000 cubic meters per hour of gases at 225 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n

\"Hot<\/a><\/p>\n

Thus, the contribution of E&M Combustion to the plant project developed by Cemengal<\/a>, a company focused on the implementation of milling facilities for this production sector, has consisted in the supply of the combustion chamber, as well as the burner, the air fan of dilution that allows adjusting the outlet temperature of hot gases and electronic control, also developed by the company itself.<\/p>\n

EM burners for liquid and gaseous fuels<\/a><\/h3>\n

Installed in the heart of the gas generator, the EM-125-FOM burner is designed by E&M Combustion to guarantee air-gas mixing with complete and stable combustion.<\/p>\n

E&MC engineering company had previously performed in their workshops the performance tests of the generator with real fire. Now, with the commissioning tests carried out by Integral Combustion Solutions, the combustion equipment and systems have successfully passed the start-up phase.<\/p>\n

Combustion Engineering company<\/a><\/h3>\n

E&M Combustion is a combustion engineering company with extensive experience, located in the Biscayne estate of Bildosola (Artea). It specializes in the development of innovative combustion technologies <\/strong><\/a>that add value to its customers, such as the design and manufacture of industrial burners and hot gas generators<\/strong><\/a>, with low pollutant emissions and adapted to the needs of its customers, which allows considerable energy saving. It operates primarily in the sectors of power generation, petrochemicals, oil & gas and part of the food and beverage sector. The company is present with equipment implanted in more than 30 countries and allocates more than 70% of its production for export.<\/p>\n
